That last row is regulatory, not optional. Under OSHA 1910.333(c)(3), unqualified workers must stay at least 10 feet from overhead lines at 50 kV and below, with the distance increasing above that. - Cycle time times piece count from the walk above.
- Disposal as measured tonnage and chip loads, from your tickets.
- Crane or lift at its quoted rate, plus your own crew’s standing time while it sets up.
- Overhead per billable crew hour — total the year’s insurance, licensing, storage, phone, and estimating time, then divide by billable hours, not by 2,080.
