These terms govern your use of the apps published by Ilura Technology OÜ ("we", "us"), together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Each app's specific terms — its license, plans, and any app-specific conditions — are linked below; the company-wide clauses follow and apply to all of them.
Per-app terms
- ILURA: AI Voice Playbooks — On-device AI writing playbooks that keep your text private to your iPhone.
- Keel — Invoices, receipts, and miles for a company of one — books that never leave your iPhone.
Apple
The app is provided by Ilura Technology OÜ, not Apple, and is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement except where these terms expand on it. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
