These terms govern your use of the ILURA: AI Voice Playbooks iOS app by Ilura Technology OÜ. By using the app you agree to them, together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains what the app stores.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use ILURA on Apple devices you own or control. The app, its design, and its content remain our property.
ILURA Pro subscriptions
- Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly at $4.99/month or yearly at $49.99/year; the yearly plan includes a one-week free trial for new subscribers). Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Subscriptions. Unused trial time is forfeited when you upgrade.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Apple
The app is provided by Ilura Technology OÜ, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for it and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the text you process with ILURA and for how you use the outputs. Don't use the app to produce unlawful content or to violate others' rights.
Disclaimer
ILURA generates suggestions on device; review outputs before relying on them. The app is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
