Keel — Terms

These terms govern your use of the Keel: Invoice Maker & Receipts iOS app by Ilura Technology OÜ.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Keel on Apple devices you own or control. The app, its design, and its content remain our property. Your books remain yours — they live on your device and you can export them in full at any time.
Keel Pro subscriptions
- Keel is free for up to 3 invoices per calendar month, with unlimited receipts and mileage. Keel Pro removes the invoice limit and unlocks custom invoice numbering and PDF options.
- Keel Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $59.99/year (with a 7-day free trial) or $7.99/month. Prices may vary by region and are always shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your records & your responsibility
Keel is a bookkeeping tool: the invoices you issue, the amounts you record, and the deductions you claim are yours. Keel is not tax, accounting, or legal advice, and its mileage estimates and totals are working records, not a filing. Keep your own export backups — because your books never leave your device, we cannot recover data from a lost or erased phone.
Acceptable use
Don't use Keel to issue fraudulent invoices, fabricate records, or violate others' rights. You are responsible for the documents you create and send with the app.
Apple
The app is provided by Ilura Technology OÜ, not Apple, and is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement except where these terms expand on it. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
