This policy covers the ILURA: AI Voice Playbooks iOS app, operated by Ilura Technology OÜ ("we", "us"). The short version: the app does not collect your writing data.
What the app stores
- Your playbooks, learned preferences, role knowledge, and settings are stored locally on your device in the app's private database.
- Text you paste or share into ILURA is processed on device (using Apple Intelligence where available) and is never stored unless you explicitly opt in ("Save source context" / "Save output history" — both off by default).
- Usage metering (your free-tier counts) is recorded locally as content hashes only — never the text itself.
What we collect
From the app: nothing. The app makes no network calls to our servers — no accounts, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no tracking. Under App Store privacy definitions, this app is classified as "Data Not Collected."
iCloud sync (upcoming)
A future version will optionally sync your playbooks through your private iCloud database. That data belongs to your Apple Account; we cannot read it. Sync will be off until you turn it on.
Deleting your data & Siri
Settings → Privacy → Delete all training data erases learned preferences, knowledge, feedback, and history on the device; deleting the app removes everything else. When you invoke ILURA through Siri or the share sheet, your request is handled on device by the app; Siri itself is operated by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
This website
iluratechnology.com uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic, such as which pages are visited and which sources send visitors to the site. Google Analytics may set cookies or similar identifiers and process technical data such as page URL, referrer, browser, device, and approximate location. See Google's privacy policy.
This website also runs the Meta Pixel so we can measure whether our advertising reaches people who are actually looking for our apps, and so we can show ads to people who have visited the site. The pixel sets cookies or similar identifiers and sends Meta technical data about your visit, including the page URL, referrer, browser and device, and your IP address. That data goes to Meta and is governed by Meta's own terms. See Meta's privacy policy, and Meta's controls for ad preferences and off-Facebook activity if you want to limit it.
Neither tool is used to collect app content. This distinction matters and we want to be exact about it: our apps run on device and collect nothing — that is a property of the apps themselves, not of this marketing website, which does use the third-party analytics and advertising tools described above. Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage and never leaves it. Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your IP address is processed by Google to serve the font files.
Purchases
Any paid plan or subscription is processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your payment details. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Subscriptions on your device.
Correspondence
If you email us, we receive your address and message and keep them only as long as needed to help you. Ask and we delete the thread.
Your rights & contact
Ilura Technology OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia) is the data controller for the limited personal data described above (in practice, your correspondence with us and website analytics). Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of that data, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Questions about privacy?
